Field Advisor Representative

Position Overview

We are currently accepting applications for one full-time, permanent Field Advisor Representative in the Grande Prairie, Alberta region. We are open to candidates with junior to senior levels of experience.

The successful candidate will promote our products, provide basic field services and drive sales. The successful candidate must be results driven, detail oriented, possess relevant sales experience and have a desire to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand markets, develop and execute sales strategies to increase company growth and market reach
  • Promote sales and service of TOKU’s products and services
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with our current customer base
  • Source new business opportunities, clients, and services
  • Travel to ensure a local presence and understanding of clients and competitors
  • Manage internal and external relationships to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and that business relationships are maintained in a professional, service-oriented manner
  • Provide and assist with responses to quotes, product inquiries and service needs from Head Office
  • In the event workload requires it, adjust focus to be operationally focused in the execution of contracts and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met

Qualifications

  • 3+ years industrial sales and business development experience is required; preference is given to candidates with a strong track record of successful interactions with oil & gas producers in operations and instrumentation/measurement or leak detection technologies
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented self-starter with proven negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with a wide range of people in a team environment, independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation experience with both small and large groups
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage changing priorities, and the ability to multi task effectively in order to meet deadlines
  • Post-secondary education with an operations, business, marketing or sales focus is an asset
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools
  • CRM experience in exploitation of the software
  • Knowledge of measurement and analytical devices, directives and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with SaaS platforms

Location

This position will be based in our Grande Prairie, AB office
